Boris Johnson warned by Brexiteers not to back down on Brexit deadlines


Boris Johnson is under pressure from his Conservative colleagues not to use his “stonking” majority to sideline Brexiteers in his approach to negotiating a free trade deal with the European Union. It comes as Nigel Farage admitted that the Brexit Party has “disappeared” as a threat to the Tories, with its MEPs waiting to lose their jobs in the coming weeks once Brexit happens, but he warned in The Daily Telegraph that “pressure will have to be reapplied” if the Prime Minister fails to take the country out of the EU.
