Coca-Cola Fires 750 Employees and Closes Four Factories in Spain

Coca-Cola has filed for an ‘ERE‘ in Spain which will affect 1,250 employees. The world’s most renowned soda company will also be closing four of its eleven factories in Spain. The factories that will cease operations include those in Fuenlabrada (Madrid), Alicante, Palma de Mallorca (Balearic Islands) and Colloto (Asturias). The multinational, which employs 4,200 people in Spain will fire 750 of them and relocated another 500 to other factories. Image credits: bevgoodwin.
