A man, 19, has been arrested on suspicion of murder after a body was found in the village of Ashley, Cheshire. Police were first notified of the discovery, on Ashley Mill Lane, close to a farm, on Friday morning, at 7.52am. Officers attended the scene and a cordon was later placed around the area. A murder investigation was launched shortly after. Officers from Cheshire Police are still working to establish the circumstances surrounding the death and identify the individual. A spokesperson for the force confirmed that the incident is currently being treated as suspicious. The teenage suspect, from Knutsford, is still being questioned by officers.
